How it works
From a demo to the level of service you need.
Every cooperation shown below starts with a D3pth engine Demo together with a Licence for the Licensed Materials. The Licensee, Licensed Site (domain name, host name or exact IP address) and EULA acceptance are recorded during the ordering process. The examples below show how the process changes when you add rebranding, a domain, hosting or Complete Setup and Hosting.

During checkout, specify the Licensee's legal name or company name and the domain name, host name, or exact IP address that will form the Licensed Site. Actively accept the applicable D3pth engine EULA as the Licensee or as a person authorised to bind the Licensee, then complete the order.

We issue the licence
After payment has been received, we prepare and issue the Licence and licensed code using the Licensee and Licensed Site details recorded during checkout. We usually issue them within 24 hours. We contact you only if the order information is incomplete, unclear, or cannot be used to issue the Licence.

We deliver everything
You receive the Licence, invoice, purchased Demo and the Licensed Materials containing the applicable License Notice.

Continue on your own
Customize the Demo Materials and any separate integration code, remove the identifiers required by the EULA before public deployment, and operate the website using your own infrastructure while keeping the Licensed Materials complete and unchanged.
You can handle the website implementation after delivery yourself. The Demo Materials may be customized under the EULA, while the Licensed Materials must remain complete and unchanged.
You buy a ready-made Demo and let D3pth lab s.r.o. replace its original content and identity with your own.

We rebrand the demo
D3pth lab s.r.o. adapts the Demo Materials using the content and identity you supplied while keeping the Licensed Materials complete and unchanged.
D3pth lab s.r.o.06
We deliver the rebranded version
You receive the rebranded Demo Materials together with the unchanged Licensed Materials for the Licensed Site.

Deploy and operate it
Publish the finished website on the Licensed Site using your own infrastructure.
You purchase the Demo separately and provide the replacement content. D3pth lab s.r.o. performs the rebranding of the Demo Materials while the Licensed Materials remain unchanged.
You buy the Demo and let D3pth lab s.r.o. acquire and manage the selected available domain for the first two years.

We deliver the order
You receive the Licence, invoice and purchased Demo together with the Licensed Materials containing the applicable License Notice.

Build and deploy the website
Customize the Demo Materials and separate integration code and publish the website on the licensed domain using your own hosting, while keeping the Licensed Materials complete and unchanged and completing the de-identification required by the EULA.
The Demo Materials are yours to work with under the rights granted by the EULA, while the Licensed Materials remain subject to the Licence. The domain is acquired and managed by D3pth lab s.r.o. for the purchased two-year period.
You buy the Demo and use hosting provided by D3pth lab s.r.o. for one year.

We request the setup materials
We ask for the content, branding and other setup information needed to perform the Complete Setup and Hosting service. This is service-delivery information, not a second collection of the Licensee, Licensed Site or EULA data already recorded during the Demo checkout.

Send us the setup materials
Provide the texts, colors, SVG images and other website content required for the setup and rebranding. If implementation details need clarification, we resolve them as part of the service work.

We acquire and manage the domain
D3pth lab s.r.o. registers the selected available domain through WEDOS and manages it for the two-year period included in the service.

We issue the licence
After payment has been received, we prepare and issue the D3pth engine Licence and licensed code using the Licensee and Licensed Site details recorded during the Demo checkout. We usually issue them within 24 hours. We contact you only if those details are incomplete, unclear, or cannot be used to issue the Licence.

We prepare the licensed demo
The separately purchased Demo is prepared together with the Licensed Materials containing the applicable License Notice.

We rebrand the demo
We replace the original identity and content in the Demo Materials using the materials you supplied, while keeping the Licensed Materials complete and unchanged.

The rebranded website is deployed to hosting provided by D3pth lab s.r.o.

We host it for 2 years
The website remains on the hosting included in the Complete Setup and Hosting service for two years.

The resulting D3pth engine website is online and ready for your visitors.

Request a free domain transfer
Near the end of the two-year period, you may request a free transfer of the domain to your own WEDOS account.

We transfer the domain
If you request the transfer, D3pth lab s.r.o. transfers the domain to your WEDOS account free of charge.
Complete Setup and Hosting is a service purchased in addition to the selected Demo and its D3pth engine Licence. It includes rebranding, domain registration and management for two years, and hosting for two years. Near the end of that period, you may request a free transfer of the domain to your own WEDOS account.
One process, different scope
Add only the services you want us to handle.
The Demo and the Licensed Materials covered by the Licence are the common starting point. The licensing information and EULA acceptance are collected during ordering, so no additional customer action is normally required to issue the Licence after checkout.
We may contact you if the Licensee or Licensed Site information provided with the order is incomplete, unclear or cannot be used to issue the Licence. Separate services may still require content, branding or other implementation materials after ordering.
Rebranding changes the supplied Demo Materials to your identity. Domain and hosting services move infrastructure and administration to us.
Complete Setup and Hosting combines rebranding, domain management and hosting, while the selected Demo and its Licence are purchased separately.
Green steps are performed by the customer. Orange steps are performed by D3pth lab s.r.o.
