D3pth engine and its complete embedded License Notice are licensed together as the Licensed Materials. Each licensed domain or host includes itself and all of its subdomains at any depth; licensed IP addresses remain exact.

Before you use D3pth engine
Review and actively accept the complete EULA
The EULA becomes binding when the Licensee actively accepts it through the Licensor's affirmative acceptance mechanism. A person accepting it for an organisation represents that they have authority to bind that organisation.
What the licence includes
- A perpetual, non-exclusive and non-transferable Licence to deploy the complete and unchanged Licensed Materials on the Licensed Site. The Licensee may not grant sublicences.
- Each domain or host name agreed in the Order includes that name itself and all of its subdomains at any depth. Licensed IP addresses remain limited to the exact IP addresses agreed in the Order.
- The Licensed Site may be available to an unrestricted worldwide Internet audience and may transmit the complete and unchanged Licensed Materials to users' browsers so those browsers may load the Licensed Materials and execute the D3pth engine.
- Exact unchanged backup copies for the Licensed Site.
- Integration through separate external code, data, configuration and documented interfaces without modifying the Licensed Materials.
Important conditions
- The EULA becomes binding when the Licensee actively accepts it through the Licensor's affirmative acceptance mechanism.
- The D3pth engine and the complete applicable License Notice together form the Licensed Materials and must remain one complete and unchanged unit.
- The D3pth engine must not be modified, transformed, deobfuscated, decompiled, disassembled or reverse engineered. Build and deployment processes must not transform it.
- The License Notice and its licence identifiers must not be removed, obscured, detached or altered.
- The Licensed Materials must not be independently sold, rented, lent, sublicensed, transferred or distributed, placed in a public repository, released under an open-source or incompatible licence, deployed outside the Licensed Site, or extracted or reused in another product, site, library, framework, template or service.
- Upgrades, feature updates, support, maintenance, hosting, integration work and security monitoring are not included unless the Order expressly states otherwise.
Demo Materials
The Demo is separate from the Licensed Materials
Where Demo Materials are supplied, the EULA gives substantially broader rights to those materials than to the D3pth engine and License Notice.
- Demo Materials are separate from the Licensed Materials and do not include the D3pth engine or License Notice.
- Subject to the EULA, Demo Materials may be used, modified, distributed, commercialised, transferred, sublicensed and otherwise exploited for any purpose.
- Demo Materials rights are worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable and sublicensable.
- These rights are not restricted by the Licensed Site, territory, audience or commercial purpose.
- Before public deployment or provision outside implementation for the Licensee, identifiers of D3pth lab s.r.o. and Čeněk Svoboda must be removed from the Demo Materials.
