Terms of Service and Refund Policy

These Terms of Service and Refund Policy govern the purchase and use of software licenses sold through d3pth.store.

The store sells software licenses for the D3pth engine. The software is delivered electronically.

3. Order process

After placing an order, the customer may be required to provide the domain name, host name, IP address, or other information necessary for issuing the license.

The license is issued and delivered electronically to the email address provided by the customer.

4. License

The scope of the license is defined by the license text delivered with the software. Unless stated otherwise, the license is granted only for the specified domains, hosts, subdomains, or IP addresses.

The license does not include updates, support, maintenance, customization, or consulting unless expressly agreed otherwise.

5. Customer obligations

The customer must provide accurate information necessary for issuing the license.

The customer must not remove, modify, hide, or separate the license notice from the licensed materials.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the store. Payment must be completed before the license is issued.

7. Digital content and refund policy

The customer acknowledges that the product is digital content delivered electronically.

If the license has not yet been issued or delivered, the customer may request cancellation of the order and a refund.

After the license has been issued or delivered, refunds are not provided, unless required by applicable law or unless D3pth lab s.r.o. decides otherwise in an individual case.

If the customer provides incorrect domain, host, IP address, or other license information, D3pth lab s.r.o. may, at its discretion, issue a corrected license.

8. Liability

The software is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, D3pth lab s.r.o. is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption, or damages caused by incorrect implementation or misuse of the software.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
