Before you use D3pth engine
Review and actively accept the complete EULA
This EULA is intended for clickwrap acceptance together with an Order or Licence Certificate identifying the customer and the licensed sites. It must not be deployed as browsewrap only.
What the licence includes
- A perpetual, non-exclusive licence to the purchased D3pth engine version, subject to full payment and compliance with the EULA.
- Use on the exact domains, hosts, subdomains and IP addresses identified in the Order or Licence Certificate.
- Reasonable backup copies and need-to-know source-code access for employees and individual contractors under confidentiality duties.
- Modification, bundling and minification as necessary to implement, operate, secure or maintain the Licensed Site.
Important conditions
- The embedded licence notice must remain complete, legible and attached to the Licensed Materials.
- Source code must not be published, distributed, placed in a public repository or released under an open-source licence.
- The Licensed Materials must not be reused on another site, product, library, template or service.
- Updates, upgrades, support, maintenance, hosting and integration are not included unless the Order expressly states otherwise.
