Source-code delivery
Selected D3pth engine commercial licenses are delivered as source code or source-code-based packages. This gives customers a practical way to deploy D3pth engine directly inside regular browser-based HTML websites.
What may be delivered
Depending on the purchased product, delivery may include a D3pth engine source file, an example implementation, page structure, configuration, and a license notice defining the permitted use. The exact delivered materials are described by the selected product and the issued license.
Ready for regular web deployment
D3pth engine is intended for the regular browser environment. It can be used with ordinary HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, without requiring WebGL, canvas rendering, or a separate 3D framework.
Source code and license notice
The delivered code includes or is accompanied by a license notice. This notice is part of the licensed materials and must remain complete, unchanged, and attached to the licensed D3pth engine code in source, deployed, bundled, minified, embedded, or published forms.
Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for integrating the delivered materials into their website, preserving the license notice, and using the code only within the permitted license scope, such as the licensed domain, host, project, or environment.
No automatic updates
Source-code delivery does not automatically include future versions, updates, support, maintenance, or custom development work, unless the purchased product or a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Build tools and minification
If your project uses a bundler, minifier, deployment pipeline, or build system that removes comments or rewrites source files, make sure the license notice remains attached to the licensed materials as required by the issued license.
