Commercial license instead of subscription access

D3pth engine is licensed as commercial software. The license defines where and how the delivered materials may be used, usually by domain, host, project, or another clearly stated scope. Access to the licensed code does not require an active monthly subscription unless a specific product or separate written agreement says otherwise.

Use within the issued license

The customer may use the delivered D3pth engine materials only within the scope stated in the issued license notice. This may include a specific domain, its subdomains, a permitted host, a permitted IP address, or another agreed deployment environment.

No account-based activation

The licensing model is designed for practical website deployment. Unless a product states otherwise, the license does not depend on a hidden activation system, external tracking service, or recurring account-based access check.

License notice remains required

The absence of a subscription does not remove the license conditions. The license notice must remain complete, unchanged, and attached to the licensed D3pth engine code in source, deployed, bundled, minified, embedded, or published forms.

Updates and support

Unless the purchased product or a separate written agreement states otherwise, the license does not automatically include future versions, updates, support, maintenance, hosting, consulting, or custom implementation work.

Broader or recurring services

If your project requires ongoing support, maintenance, updates, implementation assistance, multiple deployment environments, or a broader commercial arrangement, this can be handled by a separate written agreement.
