Commercial Licenses
D3pth engine is commercial software licensed for use on specific websites, domains, and projects. A commercial license allows you to use the licensed D3pth engine package in a real public or private website operated by you or your organization.
What the license covers
A commercial license is issued for the selected D3pth engine package and for the permitted domain, host, or project scope stated in the license notice. The license is intended for deployment in regular browser-based websites using standard HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Domain-based use
D3pth engine licenses are generally tied to a specified second-level domain and its subdomains, unless the issued license states otherwise. This keeps the license clear, practical, and easy to verify in production.
Source-code delivery
Depending on the selected product, the license may include a D3pth engine source file, example page structure, and a license notice that must remain attached to the licensed code. The exact delivered materials are defined by the purchased product and the issued license.
License notice
The license notice is part of the licensed materials. It must remain complete, unchanged, and attached to the licensed D3pth engine code in source, deployed, bundled, minified, embedded, or published forms.
No subscription required
D3pth engine licenses are sold as commercial software licenses, not as a recurring subscription by default. Unless a product or separate agreement says otherwise, updates, support, maintenance, and custom implementation work are not automatically included.
